Terms of service

UIVibes ("we", "us") operates a subscription library of React and Tailwind CSS components, distributed as AI prompts rather than a downloadable package or npm module. You browse the catalog, copy a component's prompt, and paste it into your AI coding tool of choice — v0, Lovable, Cursor, Bolt or another compatible tool. There is no CLI and no registry; the prompt text is the product.

Live previews of every component are public. Source code, usage examples and prompt text are gated behind a free account or a Pro subscription, as described in Section 3.

Creating an account requires an email address and password, or signing in with Google, via our authentication provider (Supabase). You're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us at hello@uivibes.dev if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You must be able to form a binding contract to create an account — in practice, 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live. Accounts are for a single person or a single organization's internal use, not for resale or shared public logins.

Pro access is billed at R$9/month or R$57/year, charged through AbacatePay via Pix. There is no free trial and no card required for the free tier — free accounts unlock a subset of the library at no cost, indefinitely.

• Pix payments confirm through AbacatePay's webhook; access unlocks as soon as the payment clears.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the plan period you chose (monthly or annual) until cancelled.
• We may change prices for future billing periods. Where required, we'll give notice before a renewal at a new price.

Cancel anytime from your account settings — you keep Pro access through the end of the period you already paid for, and the subscription simply won't renew. There are no cancellation fees.

If a charge was made in error, or you cancel within 7 days of a new charge without meaningfully using the unlocked content, email hello@uivibes.dev and we'll review it for a refund. Refunds are issued at our discretion outside that window.

Once you unlock a component's code, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify and ship it — including in commercial products — for as long as your access to it was valid (a free component stays licensed even if you later cancel Pro; a Pro-only component's license depends on maintaining an active subscription, as described in Section 3).

You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the components, the prompts, or the library itself as a standalone product or a competing catalog — the license covers using the code you paste into your own projects, not repackaging UIVibes.

• No scraping, bulk-downloading or automating access to gated prompts outside the normal browse-and-copy flow.
• No sharing a single paid account across multiple people or publishing your session credentials.
• No using the service to build a product whose primary purpose is redistributing UIVibes components or prompts.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

UIVibes owns the site, the brand, the catalog structure and the prompt text itself. You own whatever you build using the components you're licensed to use — we claim no rights over your projects.

The catalog, individual components and their prompts may change, be updated or be retired over time as we improve the library. We don't currently offer an uptime service-level agreement — we aim for a reliable service but provide it without that formal guarantee.

The service and its components are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UIVibes is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where you're a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants you additional mandatory protections (including under Brazil's Consumer Protection Code), those protections still apply.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "last updated" date, and where reasonable, announced by email. Continuing to use UIVibes after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
